Job summary

Dorking Healthcare Limited is seeking a Lead Pathway Coordinator to drive a smooth patient journey from referral to discharge. Based at Dorking Hospital, you will lead a team of 10 Pathway Coordinators, oversee clinic readiness and clinical investigations, and coordinate with clinicians to ensure safe, efficient patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced outpatient environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Pathway Coordinator team day-to-day, allocating workload and supporting complex cases.
• Oversee the full administrative flow of patient care, ensuring clinic preparation and timely results.
• Collaborate with clinicians and service management to resolve issues and maintain safe, efficient clinics.
• Contribute to service improvements, process development and staff training.
