Auto West London is seeking an Enquiry Management Executive to handle, nurture, and convert digital leads for Sales and Aftersales. You will create a strong first impression as the main contact and guide customers through their journey, aligning marketing and sales strategies to drive growth.

The role emphasizes timely response to online enquiries, collaboration with multiple teams, and GDPR-compliant data practices to maintain high-quality customer interactions.

Qualifications

• Comfortable communicating to customers by phone, text message and email.
• Basic understanding of CRM systems and database management would be beneficial.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
• Organised, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Respond to and qualify online enquiries promptly, guiding customers to test drives and sales closures.
• Stay informed of OMODA | JAECOO products and offers for relevant conversations.
• Collaborate with Sales, Aftersales and Marketing to improve customer touchpoints.
• Ensure GDPR-compliant data handling and high data quality.
