Response Personnel Ltd is recruiting a Lead Generation Retail Specialist for a hybrid role (3 days WFH, 2 days on site) in Milton Keynes. You will contact customers via outbound calls and live chat, generating high-quality sales leads for a nationwide retail network while ensuring FCA and GDPR compliance.

The role requires sales or customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to meet performance targets. Training and a supportive team environment are provided.

Lead Generation Retail Specialist

Location: Hybrid 3 days WFH 2 days onsite in Milton Keynes

Rate: £14.77 per hour

Duration: 12-month temporary contract - with review to extend

Hours: Weekly rotating shifts, 9am - 5:30pm / 11am - 7:30pm

We're recruiting on behalf of a leading organisation for a Lead Generation Retail Specialist to join a high-performing customer engagement team.

The Role

As a Lead Generation Retail Specialist, you'll be the first point of contact for prospective and existing customers, engaging with them through outbound calls and live chat. Your role will be to understand customer needs, provide helpful guidance, and generate high-quality sales leads for a nationwide retail network.

Working within FCA and GDPR regulations, you'll deliver a consultative customer experience while contributing to ambitious lead generation targets.
