University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a senior leader to head the operational mechanical engineering team across its estates. The post holder will develop standardised practices, support modern maintenance services, and ensure compliance with high quality customer care standards.

You will provide specialist leadership on mechanical plant within the Trust, reporting to the Mechanical Estates Operations Manager for delivery across the organisation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to the operational mechanical engineering team.
• Develop standardised practices and processes within the trade group.
• Support the delivery of modern maintenance services meeting compliant standards.
• Offer specialist leadership, advice and support on mechanical plant within the Trust.
