University Hospitals of Derby and Burton NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a Senior Estates Manager to lead flexible and efficient repair and maintenance across electrical and mechanical plant throughout wards, theatres, manufacturing areas and offices.

This role includes on-call responsibilities, requires a valid driving licence and use of your own vehicle, and you will manage statutory inspections to keep the trust compliant, while delivering a flexible repair service and using IT to coordinate

Competenze

• Ability to take responsibility for statutory inspections and maintain compliant records.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills, including IT, written and verbal.
• Ability to work as part of a team or on own initiative and provide flexible repair services.

Mansioni

• Carry out electrical/mechanical repairs and servicing across NHS retained estates.
• Handle on-call responsibilities and attend hospital within required timescales.
