Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional technical teams and mentor others.
• Plan, manage and oversee design projects from concept to completion.
• Design detailed systems with advanced simulations and optimisations.
• Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments, overseeing prototyping and testing.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners for alignment and integration of design efforts.
• Apply Design for Manufacture and Value Engineering to move concepts to production.
