You will manage the design team and coordinate projects across multiple engineering disciplines.The role requires strong 3D CAD skills, a solid understanding of the full project lifecycle, and a track record of delivering compliant, high‑quality machinery. You will drive continuous improvement and set clear KPIs to ensure performance.

• Proven experience leading a Mechanical Design team.
• Strong 3D CAD skills and design practices.
• Experience delivering projects from concept to manufacture and commissioning.
• Knowledge of engineering standards and documentation practices.
