Job summary

A children's residential care provider is seeking an experienced Ofsted Registered Manager in Essex to lead a new 8-10 bed children's home. You will be responsible for setting up the operational management and ensuring compliance with regulations while creating a safe, supportive environment for young individuals aged 11–17 with complex needs. • 4+ years’ experience in residential childcare, including 2+ years in management.
• Strong understanding of safeguarding, Ofsted standards, and care regulations.
• Skilled in team leadership and service development.
