Instinct Resourcing seeks a Head of Learning Platforms & Digital Product in London, a hybrid role combining on-site and remote work. You will own the LXP strategy, roadmap and platform development, driving adoption, UX, integrations and business impact.

You will lead a small team, partner with stakeholders and technology suppliers, and use data to identify opportunities for improvement and growth across a large member and learner community.
