Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking an experienced Learning Experience Platform specialist to optimise and enhance our LXP across multiple sites. You will partner with the L&D team and our external Confirm platform to drive adoption, innovation and better learning outcomes.

Working with digital learning designers and IT, you will manage the LXP roadmap, vendor relationships, data governance and the delivery of engaging, blended learning experiences, including AI-enabled tooling, across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Experience of optimising, developing and administering an LXP (or LMS) in a multi-site environment.
• Strong understanding of blended learning design and adult learning principles.
• Familiarity with e-learning standards (SCORM/xAPI) and accessibility standards.

Responsibilities

• Owns the LXP roadmap and prioritises enhancements within budget and HR priorities.
• Showcases features through demos and proofs of concept to drive adoption.
• Designs and builds engaging learner journeys using curated content, social learning, assessments and gamification.
• Manages vendor relationships, SLAs and product roadmap alignment.
• Promotes learning tech adoption and scales valuable tools across the organisation.
