Job summary

Stonegate Group seeks an experienced Learning Technology Lead to optimise and extend our Learning Experience Platform. You will partner with the L&D and IT teams, and our external vendor, to drive adoption, innovation and better outcomes.

You will design engaging learner journeys, oversee platform governance, and mentor colleagues to use the LXP creatively across digital, live and on‑the‑job learning. This role champions data protection and accessibility.

Qualifications

• Experience optimising, developing and administering an LXP/LMS in multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of blended learning design and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and accessibility standards.
• Experience with HR data structures, APIs and networking concepts.
• Ability to draw out user experiences using UX/UI skills and collaborate with IT/L&D.
• Keeping up with AI in learning and applying it to solutions.

Responsibilities

• Owns the learning technology roadmap and prioritises enhancements within budget.
• Demonstrates platform features through demos, prototypes and proofs of concept.
• Supports design of learner journeys with digital content, social learning and gamification.
• Manages LXP vendor relationship, SLAs and roadmap influence.
• Promotes LXP adoption and continuous platform improvement across the organisation.
