Job summary

Stonegate Group is seeking a Learning Technology Lead to optimise and extend our Learning Experience Platform (LXP). You will partner with the L&D team and external partners to drive adoption, innovating blended learning that combines digital, live, and on-the-job learning.

You will champion platform features, prototypes, and proofs of concept to inspire colleagues and design engaging learner journeys across a multi-site environment.

Qualifications

• Experience optimizing a learning platform (LXP or LMS) across multiple sites.
• Strong understanding of digital learning tech and LXP requirements.
• Proven ability to design blended learning experiences with technology.
• Familiar with e-learning standards (SCORM, xAPI) and accessibility.
• Knowledge of HR data structures and APIs.

Responsibilities

• Owns learning technology roadmap and prioritises enhancements within budget.
• Champions the 'art of the possible' with demos, prototypes and concept proofs.
• Collaborates with digital learning designers to build learner journeys and programmes.
• Manages LXP vendor relationship, SLAs, and product roadmap influence.
• Promotes LXP adoption and ongoing platform enhancements across the organisation.
• Oversees projects ensuring learner experience is central to decisions.
