Job summary

Stonegate Group in the UK is seeking a Learning Experience Platform specialist to optimise and expand our LXP across multi-site venues. The role drives adoption, enhances blended learning and partners with Confirm to maximise value.

You will design engaging learner journeys, manage vendor relationships, and ensure data protection and accessibility while promoting innovative use of learning technology.

Qualifications

• Experience optimising, developing and administering an LXP in multi-site environments.
• Strong understanding of blended learning design and adult learning principles.
• Knowledge of e-learning standards and accessibility (WCAG).

Responsibilities

• Owns the LXP roadmap and prioritises enhancements with IT and L&D.
• Showcases features via demos and prototypes to promote creative usage.
• Designs learner journeys with content, nudges, gamification and personalisation.
• Manages vendor relationships, SLAs, and roadmap influence.
• Ensures GDPR, data protection and accessibility across the platform.
• Collaborates with Digital Design & Development for governance and standards.
• Builds capability through guides, playbooks and communities of practice.
