Humankind Global Recruitment is helping a London-based consultancy recruit a Learning and Performance Specialist. You will design and scale core learning products and global frameworks, then hand them to Learning Business Partners to facilitate across regions.

You’ll work on initiatives including Global Engagement Survey, Objective Setting and Continuous Performance, and the SuccessFactors LMS, pulling together reports and visuals for HR Directors to demonstrate where L&D spend adds value and

Qualificações

• Previous experience in a learning role with focus on Performance Management.
• Experience designing and building learning products.
• Tech-savvy with LMS systems and strong reporting/visualization skills (SuccessFactors advantage).
• Experience delivering global L&D projects such as engagement surveys with ROI analysis.
• Experience incorporating AI into Learning products would be advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Design and build core learning products and global frameworks for L&D.
• Update and maintain learning systems and ensure content accuracy.
• Pull together reports and create visuals for HR Directors to show ROI and value of L&D spend.
• Lead and manage complex global L&D projects such as engagement surveys and ROI analysis.

The Role

We are partnered with a Consultancy with a global presence who are specialists in L&D, HR, Financial and Procurement consulting. They are looking to recruit a Learning and Performance Specialist who specialises in the Performance part of L&D. This is very much a design and build role where you’ll be creating and scaling the core learning products and global frameworks which you then hand to the Learning Business Partners to facilitate.

The products you will be working on include:

• Global Engagement Survey
• Objective Setting and Continuous Performance
• SuccessFactors LMS
• Mid-Year and End of Year Reviews
• A recently acquired AL video platform

As well as designing the content and keeping the systems up to date you will also pull together reports and create visuals for HR Directors to show the business what’s working and where the L&D spend is adding value.

The Successful Learning and Performance Specialist will have…

• Previous experience in a similar Learning role with focus on Performance Management
• Experience designing and building learning products
• Tech-Savy with experience of LM systems (SuccessFactors would be an advantage) and strong reporting and visualization skills
• Experience delivering complex global L&D projects such as Engagement Surveys including post project analysis on ROI
• Any experience incorporating AI into Learning products would be advantageous
