Qualifications

• Supervisory or management experience in a quality restaurant or luxury hotel.
• Proven track record of delivering guest service and maintaining high standards.
• Hands-on management experience leading busy services.
• Ability to motivate, coach and develop a diverse team.
• Excellent communication, organisational and interpersonal skills.
• Strong F&B knowledge with wines, cocktails and contemporary dining.
• Commercial awareness including labour, stock and profitability.
• Confidence in handling guest feedback and resolving service issues.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends and peak trading times.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead Amalfi’s Restaurant on a hands-on basis across breakfast, lunch, dinner and private dining operations.
• Inspire, coach and develop the restaurant team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
• Set and uphold service standards, presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Coordinate with kitchen and hotel management to ensure seamless guest service.
• Own service delivery in the absence of the Restaurant General Manager.
• Drive commercial performance and guest satisfaction across shifts.
