Job summary

The NICI Collection is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead The NICI New Forest, overseeing day-to-day operations, performance and development, and driving the overall guest experience to the highest standards.

You will lead the hotel team, manage senior stakeholders and collaborate with HR, Finance and Marketing to deliver exceptional guest experiences while growing the property’s reputation within The NICI portfolio.

Qualifications

• An experienced General Manager or senior hotel operator.
• Commercially astute with a strong understanding of hotel financial performance.
• A confident and inspirational people leader.
• Passionate about hospitality and delivering exceptional guest experiences.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for the successful day-to-day running of the property.
• Lead and support all hotel departments, including Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Spa and other guest facilities.
• Ensure consistently high standards across the hotel.
• Maintain a strong presence across the property and lead by example.
• Identify operational challenges and ensure they are dealt with quickly and effectively.
