Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie to drive a high-quality kitchen service at our Farnborough property. You will own your section, mentor junior staff, and support the brigade to deliver plates that meet our exacting standards for quality, temperature, and presentation.

You will champion food safety, maintain brand integrity, manage stock to par levels, and control wastage while keeping accurate records for monthly stock checks.

Qualifications

• Experience leading a kitchen section and supporting brigade.
• Strong understanding of HACCP and brand standards.
• Proven ability to manage portions, portions, and costs.
