Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and Chef de Partie (CDP) to bridge the Head Chef's strategy with a busy service. You will own your section and support the brigade, ensuring every plate leaves the pass to exact standards of quality, temperature and presentation.

You will drive food safety, supervise juniors, manage stock to par levels, and help minimise wastage while keeping paperwork up to date for stock takes.
