Job summary

Village Hotels is seeking a Kitchen Team Leader and CDP to own a section on shift and support the wider brigade. You will ensure every plate meets our exact standards for quality, temperature, and presentation, while maintaining smooth service.

You will lead a hands-on kitchen operation, drive food-safety and brand delivery, coach junior team members, and manage stock to protect gross profit, contributing to a busy, guest-focused service environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Chef de Partie experience
• Strong focus on food safety and brand delivery
• Ability to supervise junior kitchen staff and porters
• Stock control and cost management to protect GP

Responsibilities

• Operate as a hands-on Chef de Partie and run your own section
• Drive HACCP-driven standards and ensure correct temperature checks
• Supervise and coach junior staff and Kitchen Porters
• Manage stock levels and paperwork for monthly stock take
