Zizzi is seeking a Restaurant Supervisor or Shift Leader to join our management team. You’ll lead hands-on, looking after critical areas such as the bar, food pass, or hosting during peak shifts, and run the restaurant during quieter times.

You’ll motivate the Front of House team, resolve guest issues, ensure picture-perfect presentation, high standards, and a welcoming, safe environment for staff and guests.

Qualificações

• Experience in a fast-paced retail, hospitality, or leisure environment.
• Willingness to take leadership responsibilities.
• Confident, hands-on communicator with energy and lead-by-example attitude.
• Reliable and able to guide and support the team during peak times including evenings and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Run the restaurant during quieter periods, making sure everything runs smoothly and safely.
• Lead from the front during peak rushes with ownership of the Pass, Bar, or Floor to keep service seamless.
• Step in to resolve guest issues on the floor with a feel-good solution.
• Motivate and coach the Front of House team to grow their skills and deliver standout hospitality.
• Care about dish presentation, restaurant standards and details that make a standout occasion.
• Keep our restaurants safe, clean, and welcoming for your team and guests.
