The role |

As a General Manager, you’ll inspire your team to go the extra mile for our guests, keeping expectations and standards high. You will be continuously coaching and developing your team to be the best they can be whilst driving your restaurant performance and delivering amazing results.

• Have strong financial acumen, encompassing budgeting, inventory management, labour management, and strategic marketing. You meticulously analyse data to drive key business decisions and embody a culture of continuous improvement.
• Focus on building and nurturing your team, from recruitment to ongoing development, committed to fostering personal and professional growth among your team members.
