Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a high-end dining environment with supervisory or senior waiter experience.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests warmly and ensure engagement on seating.
• Take accurate food and drink orders and accommodate dietary needs.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and correct delivery of orders.
• Provide menu recommendations with wine pairings and product knowledge.
• Lead the daily service on the restaurant floor and supervise staff.
