Soho House Mayfair is seeking a confident Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the dining floor in a premium club setting. You will greet guests, take orders, recommend menu items, and coordinate with kitchen and bar to deliver a flawless experience for members and guests.

Your role includes supervising the team, ensuring superb service, and maintaining the club’s high standards. Experience in premium hospitality and a professional demeanour are essential.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in a similar high-end dining environment, with supervision or senior waiter experience.
• Excellent food and beverage knowledge, including wine service.
• Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a hands-on approach.

Responsibilities

• Greet members and guests, take orders, and make recommendations.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate service.
• Lead and supervise the restaurant floor, guiding the waitstaff and maintaining high standards.
• Provide exceptional service, manage allergies and dietary needs, and handle payments via multiple methods.
