Job summary

PPM Recruitment is recruiting a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader for a Bristol area client. You will lead a small team (2–3 operatives) on sites including schools and business parks, performing hedge cutting, strimming, mowing, weed control and other grounds duties. The role starts immediately and is a permanent post after probation.

Full driving licence is essential; PA1/PA6 desirable. Overtime paid after 3.30pm; overtime rate 1.5x; pension scheme and annual staff day out.

Qualifications

• Experience in commercial grounds maintenance.
• PA1/PA6 desirable but not essential.
• Full UK driving licence is essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 2/3 operatives.
• Perform hedge cutting, strimming, mowing, weed control and general grounds duties.
• Work on sites such as schools, business parks, industrial estates and housing developments.
• Overtime paid at 1.5x.
