Gap Personnel Limited in Mold, North Wales is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to supervise on-site teams and deliver high-quality outdoor work to local communities.

You will lead grass cutting, shrub maintenance, hedge pruning, weed control, litter picking and health and safety compliance. A full UK driving licence, strong leadership and communication skills, and a proactive, reliable approach are essential. £14.25 per hour (DOE) with seasonal hours.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a similar team leader role — essential.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Leading, motivating and supporting your team on site.
• Grass cutting and shrub bed maintenance.
• Hedge and shrub pruning.
• Weed control and herbicide application.
• Litter picking and line marking.
• Liaising with clients and residents.
• Planning and recording work using a PDA and resource management system.
• Ensuring productivity, quality and deadlines are achieved.
• Maintaining high Health & Safety standards and PPE.
