Job summary

Manpower UK is recruiting for a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to oversee a small team on housebuilding estates in Northamptonshire. You will lead grass cutting, strimming, pruning and spraying, ensuring high standards and safe practices on site.

The role is permanent full-time, with 42.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, and seasonal shifts between 6:30am and 4:30pm. A UK driving license and CSCS card are highly desirable. PA1/PA6 licenses are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Proven grounds maintenance experience and supervisory ability.
• Full valid UK driving license is essential; CSCS card preferred.
• PA1/PA6 licenses are an advantage but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance and spraying.
• Lead a small team of skilled operatives on housing estate projects.
• Ensure safety and quality standards across sites.
• Plan and supervise daily tasks within 42.5 hours weekly.
