Job summary

Manpower (United Kingdom) is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Team Leader to supervise grass cutting, strimming, hedge pruning, flower bed maintenance, spraying, and related tasks on our housing estates, while leading a small team of skilled operatives on a day-to-day basis.

The role offers permanent, full-time employment with a 42.5-hour week, Monday–Friday, with seasonal shift hours from 6:30am to 4:30pm. A valid UK driving license and CSCS card are essential; PA1/PA6 licenses are a plus.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Grounds Maintenance and leadership experience highly desirable.
• Can-do attitude and safety-conscious mindset.
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to learn and work well in a team.
• A full valid UK driving license is essential.
• CSCS card is required.
• PA1 and PA6 licenses are an advantage but not essential.
