Impact Recruitment is recruiting a Lead Generator for a permanently based role in Northampton. The position is office-based, 7:30am-4:30pm, offering £30,000-£35,000 per year plus commission. You will build prospect databases, contact decision-makers, and qualify opportunities to support the external sales team.

Ideal candidates will enjoy speaking with people, be confident on outbound calls and aim to hit targets in a collaborative, growing business environment.

Qualifications

• Lead generation, telesales, recruitment, business development or account management experience would be advantageous.
• Outbound communication experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Researching and identifying prospective customers
• Building and maintaining targeted prospect databases
• Contacting key decision-makers via phone, email and LinkedIn
• Introducing the company's products and services
• Qualifying opportunities and identifying genuine sales potential
• Booking appointments for the external sales team
• Following up warm and cold prospects
• Maintaining accurate records using CRM systems
• Managing a pipeline of opportunities and follow-up actions
• Working towards agreed activity and appointment targets

What You'll Be Doing

• Researching and identifying prospective customers
