Flourish, based in Stafford, seeks a driven Lead Generation Executive to fuel growth by identifying and engaging potential clients across the United States. You’ll combine research, relationship building and outbound prospecting to create opportunities that boost revenue.

You’ll join a collaborative Business Development team, generating a steady pipeline, qualifying leads and setting meetings for the sales group while maintaining CRM records and contributing to a high-performing environment.

Competenze

• Previous experience in lead generation, business development or outbound sales.
• Excellent telephone manner and strong communication skills.
• Inquisitive mindset with strong research abilities.
• Confidence using LinkedIn and other prospecting platforms.
• Experience using CRM systems.
• Experience with contact databases such as Lusha or ZoomInfo (desirable).

Mansioni

• Generate a consistent pipeline of high-quality opportunities for the sales team.
• Research businesses, projects and decision-makers across the US market.
• Proactively reach out to prospective clients via phone, LinkedIn, email and other channels.
• Qualify opportunities and book meetings for the Business Development team.
