Qualifications

• 8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 2+ years of experience managing engineering teams.
• Strong track record leading cross‑functional initiatives from concept through launch.
• Experience building consumer software at scale in fintech or banking domains.
• Excellent communication and partnering with product, design, data, and compliance teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead, grow, and support a team of software engineers working on Robinhood’s Credit Cards & Banking product area.
• Set clear direction for the team across execution, technical design, and people development.
• Partner with product managers, designers, and cross-functional stakeholders to define roadmaps and deliver high-impact experiences.
• Drive the architecture, execution, and operational excellence for reliable, scalable systems.
