Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Product Designer to own visual craft and rapid concept testing across multiple business domains. You will present to executive leadership and defend design decisions that balance complex trade-offs.

You will collaborate closely with Product Managers and engineers to deliver user experiences with minimal written requirements in an ambiguous environment. A strong portfolio and curiosity about AI tools are highly valued.

Responsibilities

• Accountable for high- quality visual craft across products.
• Shape interactions on high-visibility surfaces for millions of users.
• Collaborate with Product Managers and engineering to deliver experiences with minimal written requirements.
• Present design concepts to executive leadership and defend design decisions involving business trade-offs.
• Rapidly generate and test a broad range of incremental changes across the mobile app using an experimentation-first approach (A/B testing).
• Design for surfaces like home tab and watch lists across multiple domains.
• Partner with product teams in ambiguous environments to deliver UX without heavy requirements.
