Job summary

Robinhood is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design and build core systems that issue, custody, and settle tokenized equities on-chain, ensuring correctness and auditability across multiple chains and jurisdictions. You will own large, technically complex projects end to end in a 24/7 system.

You will work with product, compliance, legal, and platform teams to translate regulatory constraints into workable architecture, mentoring engineers along the way.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• Experience delivering large-scale distributed systems in production.
• Backend development with Go, Python, or Java; cloud-native architecture.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and operate backend services for tokenized equities.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to technical direction.
• Collaborate with product, compliance, and platform teams.
