Job summary

You will lead a small software team, collaborate with hardware and engineering teams, stay hands‑on with embedded software, and influence technology direction while delivering demanding products.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex software or control-system solutions.
• Strong software architecture and development experience.
• Experience with C, C and/or C#.
• Background in embedded software, control systems or complex engineering products.

Responsibilities

• Own the software strategy, architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead and develop a small internal software team and external development partners.
• Remain hands‑on with embedded software and control systems.
• Work across C, C and C# to deliver integrated software solutions.
• Drive development across software, HMIs, automation and fault diagnosis.
• Lead software/hardware integration with wider engineering teams.
• Own the software lifecycle from requirements through deployment and commissioning.
• Establish development standards, coding practices and architectural best practice.
• Champion quality, testing, traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage technical risks, project roadmaps and delivery.
• Support existing products while shaping future technology.
