Job summary

You will lead a small software team and collaborate closely with hardware and engineering groups to deliver technically demanding products, while shaping the architecture and long-term strategy.

Qualifications

• Delivering complex software or control-system solutions.
• Strong software architecture and development experience.
• Experience with C, C and/or C#.
• Background in embedded software or control systems.

Responsibilities

• Own software strategy, architecture and technical roadmap.
• Lead and develop a small internal software team and external partners.
• Remain hands-on with embedded software and control systems.
• Drive development across HMIs, automation and fault diagnosis.
• Ensure software lifecycle from requirements to deployment and commissioning.
• Establish development standards, coding practices and architectural best practices.
• Champion quality, testing, traceability and regulatory compliance.
• Manage technical risks, roadmaps and delivery.
