Job summary

Reevr is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead a multidisciplinary engineering function across design, manufacturing and projects. The role focuses on delivering compliant, manufacturable designs while guiding a high-performing engineering team.

You will coordinate mechanical, electrical and process engineering disciplines, uphold technical governance, and shape engineering strategy to drive continuous improvement and safe delivery across multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Process Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary design and manufacturing projects.
• Strong knowledge of CE/UKCA and applicable standards.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Collaborative, quality-driven and safety-focused mindset.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership across the engineering function.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical and process disciplines.
• Manage workloads and resource allocation across projects.
• Ensure designs meet customer specs, contractuals and laws.
• Lead design reviews, verifications and sign-offs.
• Mentor engineers and develop the team.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and standards.
