Job summary

AtkinsRéalis is seeking a Senior/Principal Electrical Engineer to lead electrical delivery on UK water infrastructure projects. You will work directly with clients across the lifecycle, shaping solutions and mentoring junior staff.

The role offers hybrid working with office bases in London, Leeds, and other UK offices as part of a broad, collaborative team. You will influence technical direction, develop reports and design packages, and drive innovation while building trusted client

Qualifications

• Electrical engineering degree required or equivalent experience.
• Chartered status or ability to become chartered within 12 months.
• Experience leading technical delivery in water projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead electrical engineering solutions for water resource projects across lifecycles.
• Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to deliver integrated outcomes.
• Provide guidance, support and assurance to engineers and technicians.
• Develop reports, calculations, specifications and design packages.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Contribute to innovation and the adoption of new technologies.
