AtkinsRéalis in the UK water sector is seeking an Associate or Associate Director Electrical Engineer to lead the delivery of major water infrastructure projects across the UK. You will oversee electrical design for multidisciplinary schemes, mentor engineers, and build strong client relationships across public and private sectors.

Qualifications

• Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• Chartered Electrical Engineer with an accredited UK institution or extensive industry delivery experience.
• Experience leading electrical design and delivery of multidisciplinary projects in the UK water sector.
• Ability to provide technical guidance and assurance to engineers and technicians.
• Experience mentoring engineers and developing technical teams.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Commitment to technical excellence, innovation, safety, quality and sustainable outcomes.

Responsabilités

• Lead and develop a team of Electrical Engineers delivering high‑quality solutions for complex water projects.
• Provide technical leadership across the regional and national D&AT practice.
• Build and coordinate multidisciplinary teams to maximise project value.
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, supporting business development.
• Collaborate with UK and international teams to deliver commercially successful outcomes.
• Strengthen AtkinsRéalis' technical community and support practice development.
