Whitbread PLC is hiring a Duty Manager for Thirsk Premier Inn. You will lead shifts across reception, housekeeping and the restaurant, ensuring guests have a great stay and your team has what it needs.

You’ll motivate staff, resolve guest queries, and maintain smooth hotel operations during busy periods. A track record of leading people in fast-paced service is valued, with clear progression toward a Hotel Manager role.
