Compass Associates are recruiting a Registered Manager for a domiciliary care service in Falkirk, Scotland. The role requires leading a capable team to deliver safe, person-centred care, while maintaining strong relationships with local authorities and regulators.

You will manage day-to-day operations, supervise the Care Coordinator and support staff, and ensure ongoing compliance with Care Inspectorate standards.

Qualifications

• Experience managing a domiciliary or home care service.
• Evidence of leadership and team development capabilities.
• Strong working knowledge of Care Inspectorate standards and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day operation of the domiciliary service to ensure safe, person-centred care.
• Lead and develop the Care Coordinator and support worker teams.
• Maintain regulatory readiness with risk and compliance teams and support audits.
• Build and sustain relationships with local authorities, commissioners and stakeholders.
