Job summary

Compass Associates are supporting an established national domiciliary care provider to recruit a Service Manager for their Glasgow service. You will take responsibility for day-to-day management, providing clear leadership to the team while maintaining high standards of care, quality and regulatory compliance.

Working with an experienced senior operational leadership team, you will develop colleagues, refine processes and shape the service's future direction, with genuine autonomy to influence

Qualifications

• Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience managing teams and developing colleagues.
• Strong understanding of Care Inspectorate requirements and regulatory compliance.
• Experience in care management or senior supervisory role.
• Experience in domiciliary care / care at home strongly preferred.
• Full UK driving licence.
