Call-In Homecare Ltd in Scotland is seeking an experienced Service Manager to lead a local branch, ensuring safe, compassionate care and strong client relationships.

You will supervise staff, maintain regulatory compliance, optimise rotas, and work closely with local authorities and health professionals across Dundee, Angus, Perth and Kinross. This full-time role requires travel and a commitment to high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Minimum SVQ Level 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent).
• Proven experience in a care management or senior supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of care regulations, compliance and quality standards.
• Excellent communication and people-management skills.
• Ability to travel throughout the Tayside area and work full-time.
