Job summary

Care In My Home is seeking a Registered Manager to lead our domiciliary care service in Harlow and Epping. You will oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality care, and drive compliance with CQC standards.

You will be supported by a Care Coordinator, line-manage staff rotas, support recruitment and training, manage safeguarding, and liaise with local authorities to maintain a quality, compassionate service.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care.
• NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management (or willing to complete).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and standards.
• Confident in managing teams, rotas, and audits.
• Full driving licence and the ability to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Oversee delivery of care across Harlow and Epping.
• Lead on quality audits and ensure compliance with CQC standards.
• Line-manage the Care Coordinator and care team.
• Support recruitment, retention, and training of care staff.
• Manage safeguarding concerns and incidents.
• Liaise with local authorities and commissioners.
• Promote excellence and accountability within the team.
