Job summary

Home Instead in London’s Ealing area is seeking a Deputy Care Manager with a strong domiciliary care background to lead the growth and delivery of outstanding home care services. You will drive client satisfaction, coach care staff and ensure regulatory compliance across the service.

Key responsibilities include converting new client enquiries, care planning and risk assessments, while managing on-call duties and travel across the community.

• Have extensive care experience with excellent customer service and man management skills.
• Be commercially aware
