Qualifications

• Experience as a Senior Carer, Supervisor, or Deputy in domiciliary care.
• NVQ Level 3 or equivalent (minimum).
• Knowledge of CQC standards and person-centred care.
• Confident communicator and team leader.
• Driver with access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day operations and compliance.
• Support care planning, reviews, and quality audits.
• Handle safeguarding and incident management.
• Mentor and support care staff.
• Deputise for the RM in their absence.
• Liaise with families, staff, and commissioners.
• Help with CQC preparation and documentation.
