Qualifications

• Proven management experience in a domiciliary care setting.
• In-depth knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance.
• Leadership qualification or working towards it.

Responsibilities

• Oversee safe, compassionate delivery of domiciliary care services.
• Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and strive for outstanding outcomes.
• Lead, mentor and inspire the care team to achieve their potential.
• Develop, implement and review highly personalised care plans.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, families and health authorities.
• Manage branch operations including recruitment, retention and safeguarding.
