Job summary

Jet2.com and Jet2holidays are seeking a Lead Digital Analytics Technology Specialist to drive the technical side of our digital measurement across web and app. You will own GA4, GTM and server-side implementations, translating requirements into scalable solutions.

You will partner with Analytics, Product and Technology to shape the future of our measurement platform, ensuring privacy and data quality while enabling automation and value-based approaches. Hybrid work model offered.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in digital analytics implementation across web and/or app.
• Advanced knowledge of GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
• Strong understanding of data layers, event-based tracking and measurement design.
• Experience with server-side tracking and modern measurement approaches.
• Strong experience testing, debugging and troubleshooting analytics implementations.
• Good understanding of consent, privacy and first-party measurement.
• Experience working with developers and translating measurement requirements into technical solutions.
• Experience with server-side Google Tag Manager.
• Experience with Google Cloud Platform.
• Experience with Firebase and mobile app measurement.
• Knowledge of BigQuery and SQL.
• Experience with APIs and data integrations.
• Experience with value-based bidding or conversion value enrichment.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of digital measurement across web and app.
• Own and develop GA4, GTM and server-side measurement implementations.
• Define technical measurement requirements for new projects and digital changes.
• Collaborate with Product and Technology to include measurement in development.
• Coordinate with Architecture and Infrastructure on dependencies.
• Lead measurement across server-side tracking and app measurement.
• Ensure tracking is tested, monitored and accurate.
• Investigate complex tracking and data quality issues and resolve with teams.
• Work with Google and partners on new measurement capabilities.
• Identify opportunities to automate measurement deployment.
• Support the development of the wider Analytics Technology team.
