Job summary

Jet2.com Limited is seeking a Lead Digital Trading Analyst to drive performance across Jet2.com and Jet2holidays. You will lead the Trading Insight Pod, translating digital data into actionable insights for senior stakeholders and guiding cross-functional teams.

You’ll mentor a team of Digital Analysts, work with datasets from customer data, revenue, and data science teams, and continuously identify opportunities to improve user understanding and business outcomes.

• Ability to interpret and visualise digital data to tell a story.

Responsibilities

• Lead key deliverables from the Trading Insight Pod and engage with stakeholders to understand priorities.
• Collaborate with data teams to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• Guide datasets and evaluate past performance and competitor analysis.
• Lead and develop the Digital Analysts team delivering projects.

As our new Lead Digital Trading Analyst, you’ll have a major impact on helping us achieve our performance goals. You’ll bring commercial acumen along with a strong understanding of Digital data and a track record of providing , interpreting the results and communicating actionable insights to stakeholders. You’ll be responsible for delivering analysis and insights to stakeholders to drive business decisions across both the Jet2.com and Jet2holidays brands.

What you’ll be doing:

• You’ll lead key deliverables from the Trading Insight Pod, engaging with stakeholders to understand trading priorities and drive cross team collaboration to deliver actionable insights.
• You’ll work with the relevant data teams (Customer data, Revenue & Data Science amongst others) to identify opportunities and drive performance.
• You’ll guide and develop the use of different datasets, identifying opportunities to further the business’ understanding of user behaviour, as well as evaluation of past performance and competitor analysis.
• You’ll lead a team of Digital Analysts in delivering projects, supporting & developing individuals in the process.

What you’ll have:

• You’ll be able to deliver detailed analysis to senior stakeholders.
• You’ll be an experienced user of Digital data, able to interpret & visualise data to tell a story.
• You’ll have experience driving collaboration, motivating others to deliver to a high standard
• You’ll have experience mentoring junior colleagues.
