Job summary

Harnham - Data & Analytics Recruitment is seeking a Digital Analytics Executive to support a major analytics transformation for a nationally recognised organisation. You will work with GA4, GTM and data-layer projects under the guidance of an experienced Digital Analytics Lead.

This role suits someone with 1–2 years in Digital/Web Analytics and a strong curiosity to learn. You will analyse web performance, assist tagging, and help ensure data quality across multiple digital experiences.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years' experience in Digital Analytics, Web Analytics, or Marketing Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with GA4.
• Experience using Google Tag Manager.
• Strong communication with stakeholders.
• Curious mindset and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Analyse website performance and user behaviour using GA4.
• Support GTM implementation, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
• Assist with tracking validation and debugging.
• Help improve digital measurement frameworks.
• Support data layer and tagging projects.
• Work with stakeholders to ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Contribute to analytics transformation and reporting initiatives.
• Partner with the Digital Analytics Lead on more technical analytics projects.
