Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years’ experience in home textiles with experience in PREMIUM home textiles bedlinen bathroom.
• Strong CAD skills with AVA, Illustrator and Photoshop required.
• Experience in working with premium brands and retail partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead design for premium bedding and bathroom collections.
• Manage a small design team and coordinate with Head of Product/ directors.
• Develop concepts and CADs for packaging, inserts and care labels.
• Collaborate with retailers to meet briefs and timelines.
• Source fabrics and oversee sample development with suppliers.
• Present designs to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Travel to trade fairs and global showrooms as required.
