Qualifications

• Experience supervising delivery or warehouse staff.

• Experience with WMS and related software.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and motivate a team of delivery associates and warehouse staff, including training and scheduling.
• Manage daily inbound and outbound package flow with accurate sorting, scanning, and loading.
• Monitor station performance against metrics like on-time delivery and safety compliance.
• Enforce company policies, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Identify issues, implement corrective actions, and improve workflow.
• Maintain inventory records and equipment movement.
• Communicate with internal stakeholders and external partners to resolve issues.
• Prepare performance reports and present findings to management.
• Keep the delivery station clean, organized, and safe.
